PETA, Round 2…

I have already documented (“More Words I Never Imagined I’d Utter”, 5/5/08) that PETA can, in the immortal words of Seth Rogen, gargle my balls. But I don’t find this billboard clever or funny, nor do I imagine that the survivors of, or the survivors of the victims of, shark attacks do.
Several years ago PETA tried the sex angle (http://youtube.com/watch?v=8rMAj538V-Y) to get some attention. Perhaps if they hadn’t employed a slouching, flapjack-breasted, used-up streetwalker for a model, it may have worked. I found the second half of the video more appetizing than I did her. I wouldn’t even give this trollop a Bismarck. Might I suggest Megyn Kelly?
Anyway, I will continue to risk 2/0 hooks thru the webs of my thumbs (check), laundry that smells like a French movie star (check), and lovely infections of the genus Vibrio (not yet) in pursuit of these noble animals and their aquatic brethren.

Hmmm, the dietary advice contained therein is contrary to everything a cardiologist will tell you about eating fish. And the assessment of the central nervous system of fish contradicts all reliable biological evidence.
Relative to me, Aquafina, all fish ARE stupid. It sounds like, on the basis of that logic, I’d be well justified in catching some humans too.
