Rush, Al, and Jesse…

October 15, 2009

Isn’t it just a tad bothersome that the 2 statements being repeatedly attributed by Al (Tawana Brawley) Sharpton, Jesse (Shakedown) Jackson et al to Rush Limbaugh regarding slavery and James Earl Ray cannot, in the age of 24/7 news and the internet, be substantiated in any way whatsoever? And yet Rush continues to be excoriated for them, while the accusers are blameless?

Once upon a time, I oinked out a little 3-installment blog on the Ladies Of Fox News. In the second of these, I rated Patti Ann Browne as #16 (http://layinablog.wordpress.com/2008/03/31/the-ladies-of-fox-news-round-2/).

I sit corrected, although through no fault of my own. Watch Patti Anne as she, in a matter of 3 minutes and 13 seconds, rockets herself to #4:

You have to love a woman who can say this stuff with a straight face.

Asshole Of The Week…

October 9, 2009

…uncontested:

“Only very rarely has a person to the same extent as Obama captured the world’s attention and given its people hope for a better future,” said Thorbjoern Jagland, chairman of the Nobel Committee.

Has my planet finally jumped the shark?

Obama, Arafat, Gore, and Carter. Nuff said; I’m speechless.

Well, thank you, Switzerland, for showing the balls that the Scottish legal system lacks (http://layinablog.wordpress.com/2009/08/21/question-of-the-day/).

Turns out there’s nothing much under those skirts after all. When Switzerland makes you look like you have the moral courage of the French, you have a problem, Clan McEunuch.

On the other hand, you gotta hand it to Sarkozy. France finally steps up to the plate for a double. Now if only they could close:

Not only denied, but last choice. Not surprised. Not disappointed. I enjoy watching the Olympics, but really do not care where they are held. This presidential bitch-slap, which will be surely and immediately spun by the media and the administration into a rebuke of George W. Bush (as are all Obama’s failures) is well deserved. Chicago is the epicenter of political corruption and urban unrest in this country, and Chicagoans would have been left holding the bag of debt that consistently results from having the games in your city. And in this Obama economy, it’s just not worth it.

Too bad, Oprah. I was looking forward to watching you run up those stairs.
